Missions are an important part of who we are as a denomination and a congregation! Florin is currently committed to supporting several missions, both short term and long term. The Bible tells us that we are called to carry out the Great Commission, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations.” (Matthew 28:19)

Pray for the English class Kim teaches at the community center. Pray for our annual Christmas cookie decorating party. Pray for the free coffee distribution at the metro station. Pray for the outreach ministries we are involved in through our French church. Pray with us that God would use each of these efforts to make His name and His love known in our city.

Florin through the mission organization, Church Planting International (CPI). CPI trains, and raises up, church leaders in these remote villages. While the Florin team was on site, they were involved in construction, children’s and women’s ministry, medical and eyeglass clinics. The congregation members who did not actually make the trip were able to raise funds for those going and collect suitcases full of items the team took along for the children and the medical clinics.
